When I thought back to when we first visited Gateway with our son. He was at a place where he was being left out from various school activities and spending most of his time alone. After his first day at Gateway, he said “They get me here.” As parents, these were such amazing words. Gateway has continued to be a place where our son has felt accepted and has grown and will continue to grow into a successful young man.
Robin is at the heart of Gateway. She is passionate about the school and the kids its serves. She has an infectious laugh and speaks with clarity about the needs and gifts of children with Aspergers.
In our hearts, Robin has been a gift to our son and the lives of all the children at Gateway. Gateway has made our son feel true acceptance and created a place for him and others to grow and mature into successful adults.
We are thankful for all the efforts Robin makes with the kids and the school and passion she holds for our wonderful children. Love
Lani and Joe McGuire
